Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Incomplete or incorrect checkout information—such as invalid payment details or an incorrect shipping address—may delay processing by an additional 3–5 business days.
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method at checkout. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as they depend on the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).
W3Nutra is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, or labor shortages.
Delivery Issues
If a package is refused upon delivery, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund after the item is returned and inspected.
We use reliable shipping carriers such as UPS and USPS. However, once an order is marked as “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For assistance with delivery issues, contact us at [email protected].
International Orders
International deliveries may take 4–6 weeks and, in rare cases, up to 8–12 weeks due to customs delays. Additional shipping fees may apply based on the destination.
Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may:
Refuse the package at delivery and notify us immediately at [email protected], or
Return the unopened package using a valid tracking number and notify us upon shipment.
Once returned and inspected, your refund will be issued.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot modify addresses once an order is processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll offer reshipment or a refund once it arrives back at our facility.
Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
Delivery Confirmation
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. W3Nutra does not provide refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
Returns
To be eligible for a refund, all items from your order—including promotional or bonus items—must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Items may be full, partially used, or empty.
Please include the following in your return:
Order ID
Full name and delivery address
Email and phone number
Packing slip (if available)
Incomplete returns may receive a partial refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a valid tracking number must be provided.
Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
